For print & sign shops buying for resale
Don’t pay sales tax on materials you resell
If you’re buying media and substrates to use in work you sell to your clients, send us your California resale certificate (CDTFA-230). We’ll set your account to tax-exempt, so sales tax is skipped at checkout on every order you place with that account.
Out-of-state buyer? Send your state’s resale certificate, or the MTC Uniform Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate or the Streamlined Sales Tax certificate of exemption (SSTUC).

FAQs
Common questions
How do bulk discounts work?
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on how many of the same item you order: 2–4 get 5% off, 5–9 get 12% off and 10+ get 20% off. Different products don’t combine toward a tier. Acrylic sheets and APP-510 transfer paper top out at 10% off, and white foam board is sold by the box only ($200 flat per box of 25, no volume tiers).
Need more than that? Request pallet or standing-order pricing.
Do you ship sheet goods?
No. Acrylic, PVC, aluminum composite and foam board are local delivery and pickup only, from our shop at 119 E Graham Pl, Burbank, CA. We don’t ship or freight sheet goods.
Do rolls ship?
Yes. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. If you’re near Burbank and would rather pick up, email us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
What printers is it compatible with?
Rolls (vinyl, laminate, photo, canvas, wallcovering, specialty and transfer materials): good for UV, eco-solvent and latex inks.
Sheet goods (acrylic, PVC, aluminum composite, foam board): direct print with UV or latex inks, or mount/skin with printed vinyl.
Will it match what I use now?
We sell manufacturer-direct, and our materials perform like the brands you run now. We test them daily in our own print shop on UV, eco-solvent and latex printers, on real client jobs.
Can I buy tax-exempt?
Yes, if you’re buying for resale. Send us your resale certificate and we’ll set your account to tax-exempt so sales tax is skipped at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
We don’t accept returns. Our pricing is kept as low as possible, and return shipping on rolls and sheets would wipe out those savings. If something isn’t right with your order, email us at hello@herographics.com and tell us what’s going on. We’ll work with you on a solution.
