Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from Hero Graphics Supply, operated by Hero Graphics LLC, 119 E Graham Pl, Burbank, CA 91502 ("we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing. All prices are in US dollars. Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout as shown on each product page. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel and refund any order affected by one. Orders are accepted once payment is received.

Products. Our materials are sold for professional print and sign use. Product descriptions, specifications and compatibility notes are provided in good faith; you are responsible for testing materials with your own equipment, inks and applications before production use.

Sales tax and resale. California sales tax is charged unless we have a valid California resale certificate (CDTFA-230) on file for your business. Email certificates to hello@herographics.com.

Trade printing. Trade printing orders require customer-supplied, print-ready artwork, payment in advance and a valid resale certificate. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork.

Shipping, delivery and pickup. See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery or pickup.

Returns. All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for how to report a problem with an order.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or production time.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
