Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. To keep our pricing low and avoid the high cost of shipping bulky materials back and forth, Hero Graphics Supply does not accept returns.

If something is wrong with your order (damaged in transit, the wrong item, or a material defect), email us at hello@herographics.com within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Include your order number, a short description and photos of the problem, and we'll work with you on a solution such as a replacement or credit.

Please inspect deliveries when they arrive and note any visible shipping damage with the driver.
